Your new apartment is fully furnished. You are welcome to bring your own furniture. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

Parking is not included. You may purchase parking at an additional cost if available.

Our standard leases are 12 installments; they begin August 20st 2026 and end on July 31st 2027.

Please contact the leasing office for a 10 month lease option; these are limited.

If your apartment is still available you will have a renewal offer in your resident portal! Once you accept your offer you will receive a renewal lease to sign. If you don't see a renewal offer in your portal or if your apartment is no longer available you may contact the office for further options.

There is no additional cost for internet or trash. Learn more about our included amenities.

A security deposit (if a guarantor is not provided) is 1.5 times your base rent. Please contact the leasing team for additional information, or if you have any questions.

All rates are for the entire apartment.

Since we rent by the unit, we do not offer roommate matching. However, we partner with a great platform called RoomSync here at The Union on 6th. RoomSync helps you connect with compatible roommates to make your transition into your new home easier.
